Volunteer Opportunities at Pickin’ in the Pines

Last year, the success of Pickin’ in the Pines would not have been possible without the help of many hard-working music lovers who donated their time and effort, while having a great time. Volunteer positions this year include:

» Setting up and cleaning up
» Merchandise sales
» Exchanging tickets for wristbands
» Directing traffic and parking
» Checking people into campground
» Assisting with workshops
» Assisting with children's activities

Volunteers will be required to work a total of 8 hours over the festival weekend, in 4 hour shifts.  In return, you’ll get a festival pass and the satisfaction of helping ensure the success of a worthwhile event.

Street Team:

Another way to volunteer is as a part of the Pickin’ in the Pines Street Team.  This includes:

» Hanging posters in Flagstaff, the Phoenix area, and throughout the Southwest
» Distributing flyers at regional festivals
» Getting the word out!

The Street Team volunteers are a fundamental part of making this festival a success.  Anyone who is a part of this team receives the satisfaction of helping ensure the success of a worthwhile event.   These volunteer hours will not be counted toward receiving a festival pass.

Contact Lara Gomora at lara@pickininthepines.org if you are interested in volunteering in any of the above areas.
