Pickin' in the Pines 2008 is three fabulous days of concerts, workshops, contra dancing, band contest, children's activities, camping and jamming, all in the beautiful pines here in Flagstaff. The festival will take place September 12-14, 2008 at the Pine Mountain Amphitheater, at the Coconino County Fairgrounds, just south of Flagstaff, Arizona.
The lineup features The Del McCoury Band, Nashville Bluegrass Band, Valerie Smith and Liberty Pike with Becky Buller, Carolina Chocolate Drops, Steve Smith and Hard Road, Burnett Family Bluegrass, Spring Creek Bluegrass, The Billy Pilgrims, Sawmill Road and other fine bands.
